1. Zero Retention Promise

Docshy is built on a "Zero Retention" architecture. We do not store your documents permanently. All files uploaded to our service are encrypted and automatically deleted after 5 minutes or immediately upon printing.

2. Data Collection

We collect minimal data to function:

Uploaded Files: Temporarily stored for printing purposes only.
Metadata: File names and sizes for processing.
Shop Logs: Shops see a record of "Job Completed" but cannot access the file content after deletion.

3. No Third-Party Sharing

We do not share, sell, or view your documents. Your files are accessible only by the print shop you scan the QR code with, and only for the 5-minute window.

4. Local Storage

We use your browser's local storage to save your "Guest Name" and preferences. This data remains on your device.
